And now we wait...again...

Quick update: last week the soil moisture content was tested and unfortunately it was determined that it is too wet to compact the soil. So now we hope for some very dry and warm weather - currently the plan is to take another sample 3 weeks from now. Fingers crossed.

Finally - activity at 955 Quietwater Ridge...

It is a pretty big day for us. This morning the first site work preparations began. Erosion control was installed and they did some soil tests to determine moisture content. We are waiting to hear back and eager to hear how things will progress.
